Mixed Greens with Pears and Gorgonzola
- 3/4 lb. mixed salad greens
- 3 Bosc pears halved, cored, and thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup diced cranberries optional
- 2/3 cup pecans toasted and chopped
- 1/2 lbs. Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- Combine mixed greens, pears, dried cranberries, and pecans in large bowl. Lightly dress salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette just before serving. Refrigerate unused vinaigrette. Crumble cheese over top salad.
