I spent the morning strolling through Tower Grove Park. Thousands of others had the same idea and for good reason. It was the first day of the annual International Festival of Nations sponsored by the International Institute. With more than 40 food booth to choose from, I felt like a fly in a candy shop—there were so many tasty treats, I didn’t know where to begin. Below is a photo review of my wanderings.

A Day Passport to the Festival of Nations
You’ve got one more day to take in the Festival of Nations at Tower Grove Park. The 40-some food stalls give the place the feel of a bustling street market. But there’s more than food. The annual event sponsored by the International Institute features music, dancing, arts and crafts from around the world.
Below are a few photo from my short stop at the Festival on Saturday afternoon.
Here’s a chance to eat your way across continents and learn to appreciate the variety of cultures we have right here in St. Louis.
On Sunday, round up the kids, pets, and grandparents and join the festivities that run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free!
