Maple Mustard Vinaigrette
A quick and tangy homemade vinaigrette for salad greens or vegetables.
Recipe type: Salad Dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs. minced shallots or onion (or 1 clove garlic)
- 2 Tbs. real maple syrup
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. sherry vinegar or cider vinegar or white balsamic
- salt and pepper
- Whisk together all ingredient and serve over green salad or vegetables.
